Gandhian activist held on 9th day of fast

We have just received news that Gandhian activist Himanshuji and Sambo have both been held at Kanker. Himanshuji is on his ninth day of fast today.
Update: The word now is that Himanshuji is free to go, but the police want to hold back Sambo for further questioning. Naturally, Himanshu is not leaving her and going anywhere. So both of them are still in the Kanker police station.

Update 2: Himanshuji has returned to Dantewada and broken his fast due to the developing situation with Sambo. 

 
The inevitable has finally happened.
Himanshu Kumar was on his way to Raipur by road since this morning, at 7 am. He was going there to drop Sodi Sambo, who has a bullet injury on her leg (see details of how she was injured ) and needs a second surgery in Delhi. Sambo would have taken a train to Delhi from Raipur, along with two other people. Himanshuji was to return from Raipur this evening, along with his nephew Abhay.
 
Sambo had developed malaria three days ago, and she would be taken to the civil hopsital here in Dantewada daily, for her saline drip, for about three hours....
