The following is a brief report on the ongoing relief work with AID funding done by volunteers of AID-India and Pratham. So far a cost of about Rs. 38,000/- has been incurred in distribution of food items. Out of this about Rs. 30,000/- has been incurred in Cuttack city slum areas helping 500 families, where as Rs. 8000/- has been incurred in the Kashinagar block of Gajapati district helping about 130 families.

While the immediate relief phase is over, the following requirements have been identified for the next phase:

A strategy is being developed for the second phase and survey is being done to estimate quantum of support required and that can be provided effectively in conjunction with support government and others.
