Event Schedule

10. 30 hours – Welcome Address by AID Delhi's full timer Shruti

10.40 hours – Prayer and Musical Welcome by Children from Parichay

11.00 hours – Tug - o – war events for children from all AID Delhi and its partnering projects (Age wise)

11.30 hours – Three legged race for children from all AID Delhi and its partnering projects (Age wise)

12.00 hours – Dodge Ball for children from all AID Delhi and its partnering projects (Age wise)

12.30 hours – Lemon and Spoon race for children from all AID Delhi and its partnering projects ( < 12 yrs).

13.00 hours – Lunch

14.00 hours – 14.30 hours – Writing, Painting Competition

14.30 – 15.15 hours – Dance Competition for children

15.30 hours – Prize Distribution and felicitation

15.55 hours – Vote of Thanks

A few reasons why you should attend this event.

·         Approximately 200 children gearing up for the clash

·         Around 70 volunteers getting ready to cheer up on the entire day

·         An entire day of volunteering experience of different kind

·         To know and learn from other projects

·         Above and all delicious lunch from "Parichay Kitchen"-livlihood program of Parichay, cooked with masala's from Parichay.
