Objectives

The Centre envisages the networking of peace and social change activists all over the world. It is involved in working against poverty, displacement of tribal people; alternatives to nuclear weapons and dangerous-polluting-non-sustainable nuclear-power plants. Works for self--reliance of villages; community ownership of resources, priority given to communal ownership of land in villages; planning made not from the top but from below; unity and integrity of civil society promoted and freedom of expression; special emphasis on women; priority given to the poorest; free education given to boys and girls up to school final; hosting facilities available, which contributes towards running costs.
